Arby Vembria is an Indonesian fashion model, entrepreneur, and founder of Arby Vembria Modeling School (AVMS Indonesia). He began his modeling career in 2006. Born and raised in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, he later moved to Jakarta to pursue a professional career in the fashion industry. Through perseverance, dedication, and years of hard work, he successfully established himself on the international stage after joining Upfront Models Singapore, one of Singapore’s leading modeling agencies.

Throughout his career, Arby Vembria has achieved numerous milestones. He is recognized as one of Indonesia’s pioneering male models with a distinctive edgy look and became one of the first Indonesian male models to build a professional career in the European fashion industry after signing with NEVS Model and I Love Models Management. His international success has helped pave the way for Indonesian talents to gain greater recognition in the global fashion market.

Beyond fashion, Arby has also expanded his career into the entertainment industry, appearing in feature films, television commercials, advertising campaigns, and various creative projects. His versatility, professionalism, and strong work ethic have made him a trusted collaborator for leading national and international brands, as well as renowned fashion designers.

With more than two decades of experience in the fashion industry, Arby Vembria has worked across Asia, Europe, and other international markets. Inspired by his global journey, he founded Arby Vembria Modeling School (AVMS Indonesia) in 2018 to provide aspiring models with international-standard education and professional career development. Today, AVMS continues to nurture the next generation of Indonesian models and creative talents, preparing them to compete confidently in the global fashion and entertainment industries.

Today, Arby Vembria remains an active professional model and continues to be booked by luxury brands, leading fashion houses, and top fashion designers for runway shows, commercial campaigns, editorials, and special projects. Alongside his modeling career, he continues to mentor and develop the next generation of Indonesian talents through AVMS while contributing to the growth of the country’s fashion industry.

FOUNDER’S VISION

On 1 November 2018, Arby Vembria made the decision to dedicate his career to the creative industry and talent education. He founded VA Production, which later evolved into AVMS Production, alongside Arby Vembria Modeling School, now known as AVMS Indonesia.

Starting from his hometown of Yogyakarta, Arby was driven by a simple yet meaningful purpose: to share the knowledge, experience, and global perspective he had gained throughout his international career with aspiring talents across Indonesia—especially those from regions with limited access to the fashion, entertainment, and creative industries.

As of 2026, AVMS Indonesia has expanded its presence to four major cities—Yogyakarta, Semarang, Jakarta, and Bali. Over the years, AVMS has also been invited to conduct international workshops, training programs, and educational collaborations in Singapore, China, and South Africa, strengthening its reputation beyond Indonesia.

Looking ahead, AVMS aims to become the leading modeling institution in Southeast Asia, providing international-standard education while creating greater opportunities for young talents throughout the region.

Supported by an extensive national and global network, Arby envisions AVMS as a one-stop ecosystem for talent development, where education, career management, creative production, and professional opportunities are seamlessly connected. Every student is guided with personalized mentorship, practical industry knowledge, and long-term career support to help them achieve their full potential.

Believing that Generation Z will shape the future of the creative industry, Arby has transformed AVMS into more than just a modeling school. Today, it is an integrated ecosystem consisting of AVMS Indonesia, AVMS Agency, AVMS Development, AVMS Kids, and AVMS Production, providing a complete pathway from education to professional careers.
